Your local mountain hosts FREE summer events every week – from Yoga on the Mountain to Guided Nature Programs to the Music on the Mountain concert series which kicks off on July 11th with Orquesta Akokán and Ashely Rose Band!

Downhill MTB
Discover your passion for lift-served mountain biking at The Basin Gravity Park, where progression downhill trails are designed for nearly every skill level. The Basin Gravity Park opens Friday, June 19th – see you out on the trails!
Scenic Chairlift Rides
Take in breathtaking views of Boise National Forest, the Sawtooth Mountains, and downtown Boise from the Morning Star Express Chairlift and Deer Point Express Chairlift. Unload at the top and wander towards vistas, begin a hike, or, simply sit back and relax as the chairlift brings you back down to the base area – your way down is up to you!

Whether you need a break from the city, or you are having a family outing, Bogus Basin is an affordable and accessible place to connect with nature.

Explore a variety of activities in a mountain setting – from rock climbing, to summer tubing, to our bungee trampoline, you can find fun for the whole family!
The Mineshaft
Reach new heights on this sky-high playground, standing 55 feet tall with 3 levels of challenges. Features range from easy to difficult as you move throughout and up the course. This is the perfect activity for high-altitude adventure seekers!
The Glade Runner
As the only mountain coaster in the state of Idaho, this exhilarating attraction is a unique chance to experience 4,330 feet of high speed, twisting and turning, screaming and cheering through the woods!

Do you want to escape the dismal valley heat? A day filled with beautiful views and a full production concert or yoga on the mountain is right out your back door.
The Basin Gravity Park
Take the scenic Morning Star Express chairlift to the top of the mountain, where you can access 10 flowing free-ride trails and 9 twisting technical trails featuring a variety of high-banked berms, organic obstacles, and machine-cut jumps. Beginner or expert, slow or fast – let gravity take you speeding through the trees of Idaho’s fastest-growing bike park.
Scenic Chairlifts
As you ascend up Morning Star Express or Deer Point Express chairlift, breathtaking views of Boise National Forest, the Sawtooth Mountains, and Downtown Boise are revealed. Once at the top, you are free to wander!
Cross Country Mountain Biking
Follow the contours of the mountain on these single-track natural trails flowing around switchbacks and through hills. With over 20 miles of trails, there is terrain for everyone. Don’t forget to stop and enjoy the views!
Two Deer Disc Golf
Test your frisbee trick shot skills at Bogus Basin’s new summer attraction. A Technically challenging 18-hole mountain disc golf course!
Mountain Biking
Spend your day exploring some of Idaho’s best cross-country mountain bike terrain! From the iconic Around the Mountain loop to The Basin Gravity Park, there’s a mountain biking trail for anyone!
