It is Summer on the Mountain!
Come visit our mountain! Drive 16.5 miles north of downtown Boise and you’ll find a breathtaking view of the valley below. You’ll discover a wonderland full of year-round adventurous opportunities.
This summer Bogus will be buzzing with disc golf and a prized mountain trail system for bikers and hikers. The advanced-rated disc golf course is open as well. While guests have full access to the trails,
no lifts will operate EXCEPT for bikers and hikers on our
Summit Fest, July 25th.
On weekends, Bogus Basin will offer (for purchase) grilled hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches and garden burgers in front of the J.R. Simplot Lodge, 10:30-4:30 Saturday and Sunday. There will also be assorted chips, candy, soda, water, Gatorade, and assorted beer for purchase.

SUMMIT FEST July 25th

Join us from 10 am to 4 pm on the Deer Point Chair, trails and lawn in front of JR Simplot Lodge for a community event of fun, family-friendly mountain biking and hiking. The event is FREE to enjoy however, if you choose to ride the Deer Point Chairlift, tickets will be $15. Tickets are available for purchase at the mountain on event day. Barbecue features the Bogus Burger, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches and garden burgers. FAMILIES with small kids or beginner mountain trail riders: we have FREE beginner trails to ride at the Frontier Point Nordic Center.
