Mountain Parking & Shuttles

On weekends and holidays, you are encouraged to check our website snow report page for the "parking meter" (parking availability) or call the snowphone at 342-2100 for updated parking lot capacity and information. Below is information about locating parking lots and hints for finding a spot.

Shuttle Service:

Free shuttles loop through the main parking lot from the skier pick-up/drop-off area near the J.R.Simplot Lodge, past the GoldRush Tubing Hill to Nordic Center approximately every 20-minutes. During peak weekends and holidays, shuttles also run from the Silver Queen Parking lot to the Pioneer Lodge.

Carpooling:

Carpooling is encouraged for environmental as well as practical reasons (mountain parking spots are limited, especially on weekends!) Please use Bogus Basin's FREE Park & Ride lot in Boise on 30th between Fairview and Main. Do NOT park for more than 2 hours in the Ridley's Market parking lot or your car will be towed.

Find other skiers and riders who are interested in carpooling to Bogus Basin through RideShareOnline, a service of ACHD and Commuteride.

BOGUS CREEK LOT #1

First lot to fill -shuttle service available on
weekends & holidays
Turnover: Noon to 1pm & 4:00-5:00pm
Not the best parking if you have your own equipment with you

BOGUS CREEK LOT #2

Second lot to fill
Turnover: Minimal due to employee parking.

BOGUS CREEK LOT #3 (NORDIC)

Fills later in the morning-shuttle service available
on weekend & holidays, (not ski-in, ski-out)
Turnover: High due to Nordic users
Also used for tubing guest overflow

BOGUS CREEK LOT #4

Fills early in the morning, (ski-in, ski-out)
Turnover: Some mid-day.

BUTTERCUP LOT

Recommended for those who arrive later in the day-space nearly always available, (ski-in, ski-out)
Access to Buttercup not available after 4:30pm due to closure of chairlift #5 Bitterroot

PIONEER CONDO PARKING LOT

Dedicated parking for guests of The Pioneer Inn

First lot to fill
Turnover: Noon to 1pm & 4:00-5:00pm

PIONEER PARKING LOT #2

Second lot to fill
Turnover: Noon to 1pm & 4:00-5:00pm

PIONEER PARKING LOT #3

Third lot to fill-shuttle service available on
weekends & holidays to and from the Pioneer Lodge,
(ski-in, ski-out). Turnover: Noon to 1pm & 4:00-5:00pm

PIONEER PARKING LOT #4

Recommended for those who arrive later in the day
Shuttle service available on weekends and holidays to and from the Pioneer Lodge, (ski-in, ski-out).
Space nearly always available.
Access available from chairlift #2 Morningstar and #5 Bitterroot.
