     $300 (+tax)
     Tax-exempt organizations must provide a copy of their ST-101 (Idaho Sales Tax Exemption form).

-Limited AV rentals available (tax not included)

     Overhead projector with screen @ $35
     Screen only @ $20
     PA System with hand held or lapel microphone @ $45

     coffee, tea, soda, water, hot chocolate
-No specialized room setup

     Tables are square and rectangle: holds 4 – 6 ppl

Minimum average daily purchase of $250
     You can provide your own “box lunches”, potluck: No outside caterers
     Meals also available through the Pioneer Lodge cafeteria (see food vouchers)

FOOD VOUCHERS
We can set up an account for your group for food at the JR Simplot Lodge and/or Pioneer Lodge and we will bill you later. You can also set a maximum amount that each food voucher is worth at time of redemption.

FRONTIER POINT LODGE MEETING AREA

-Available Friday or Saturday ONLY
-Blackout dates:
     December 1, 2007 - January 6, 2008
-Hours of Operation: 6:00pm-10:00pm
-Pricing
     $300 (+tax)
     Tax-exempt organizations must provide a copy of their ST-101 (Idaho Sales Tax Exemption form).
-Seating capacity: 75
-Limited AV rentals available (tax not included)
     TV/VCR/DVD @ $45
     Flip chart with easel & pens @ $20
-Beverage service available at $3 pp (+tax)
     coffee, tea, soda, water, hot chocolate
-No specialized room setup
     Chairs and tables available
-Catering is not available through Bogus Basin.
     You can provide your own “box lunches”, potluck
     Outside caterers accepted; $500 refundable damage deposit required.
