Lodge Rental Information

Bogus Basin's 3 distinctive lodges are available May-October for weddings & receptions, reunions, conferences and retreats.

  • Call 332-5266 or email us for availability, reservations or to schedule a tour.
  • $500/day average catering minimum requested for private group events 
  • Wedding & reception packages and policies are different from group events, such as meeting & retreats
  • Reservations and deposits for the outdoor amphitheatre or condominiums must be handled separately with the personnel at Pioneer Condominiums.  They can be reached at (208) 332-5200 or 1-800-367-4397.

PIONEER LODGE

   
Located at mid-mountain, within easy walking distance of the Pioneer Condominiums and access to a variety of scenic trails for hiking & mountain biking. This is our most popular facility for wedding receptions, meetings, and retreats. Pioneer Lodge offers views toward the mountains, slopes, and the valley from the deck off of the second floor as well as from the windows on the 2nd and 3rd levels. The Firewater Saloon provides a full-service bar. Volleyball and horseshoes are also available right outside!

FRONTIER POINT NORDIC LODGE AND EDUCATION CENTER

    
Our newest and most intimate facility features hand-hewn pine logs, tall windows facing west/southwest towards the Owyhees and an elevator.  There is a small patio off of the upper floor, and two larger patio areas on the ground level. Frontier Point Lodge does not have a kitchen.  Outside (full service) caterers are allowed at this facility. Catering is offered through Bogus Basin with a limited menu.

J.R. SIMPLOT LODGE

Located at the resort entrance and the resort's largest facility, featuring a large lawn for outdoor weddings & receptions, bricked area for dancing, an upper patio for serving buffet meals, and full-service bar on the main level.

Lawn (conditions permitting): 400 capacity. Outside tables, chairs, tents and other rentals will incur additional rental fees.

General lodge rental information:
  • Applicable sales tax** and gratuities will be added final invoices
  • Time spent utilizing Lodge facilities over and above the times agreed upon will incur an additional rate of $25 an hour.
  • *Charitable organizations must provide a copy of their 501(c)(3) letter
  • **Tax-Exempt organizations must provide a copy of their ST-104 tax exemption form
  • Bogus Basin DOES allow outside catering at Frontier Point Lodge. Caterers must be full-service professionals.
  • Bogus Basin Catering MUST provide and serve all alcohol provided for events.  
  • Please read our catering policies carefully.
  • Deposits are required to place reservations
  • Bogus Basin catering can accommodate special dietary needs with notice.
