Retreats and Parties Catering

Bogus Basin Mountain provides full-service catering for meetings, weddings, and events during the summer months (June - September) and winter months (October - March). Our top-notch catering specialists will help you plan the perfect group event, whether it is a retreat for 35 people or a wedding with 350 guests.

* Lodge rental fees are in addition to catering service fees.
* Menu items, services or rental fees do not include 17% gratuity or applicable taxes.

BREAKFAST SELECTIONS*

Continental  $7.25

Assorted muffins, bagels, and fresh fruit, accompanied with cream cheese, assorted jellies and butter. 

Bogus Basin Breakfast Buffet  $9.25

Scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon, home fries with roasted peppers and onions, french toast and pancakes.

Bitterroot Brunch Buffet  $10.25

Frittata served with bacon and sausage, home fries with roasted peppers and onions, assorted muffins and bagels accompanied with cream cheese, assorted jellies and butter.

LUNCH AND DINNER SELECTIONS*

The Vegetarian  $9.25  (Served as a box lunch or as a buffet)

Foccaccia bread, spread with herbed cream cheese and topped with sliced cucumber, roasted red peppers, tomatoes, sprouts, red onion and mushrooms. Served with whole fruit, chips and a fresh baked cookie.

Deli Sandwiches  $9.50  (Served as a box lunch or as a buffet)

Choice of meats (turkey, ham, roast beef) and cheeses (Swiss, cheddar, monterey jack).  Sides include lettuce, tomato, pickles and onions with choice of bread.  Accompanied by mayonnaise and mustard. Served with whole fruit, chips and a fresh baked cookie.

BLTA Croissant  $9.50  (Served as a box lunch or as a buffet)

Bacon, lettuce, turkey breast, tomato and avocado on a croissant. Served with whole fruit, chips and a fresh baked cookie.

Salad Bar Buffet  $10.00

Tossed green salad with all the trimmings, including deli meats, cheeses, vegetables, bacon bits, sunflower seeds, bread sticks and assorted dressings.  Served with Chef's choice of soup.

Pizza Party  $18.50

Chef's choice of variety of pizzas served with garlic bread and green salad.  Includes parmesan cheese, marinara and alfredo dipping sauces.

Big Baked Potato Bar  $9.00

Idaho bakers with all the trimmings, including taco meat or chili, shredded cheese, bacon bits, diced onions, diced tomato and salsa. Served with the butter, sour cream and chives.

Pasta Buffet  $13.00

Homemade marinara and alfredo sauces served with spaghetti, fettuccine, caesar salad, garlic bread and shredded parmesan cheese.  Also servedwith a baked penne carbonara.  Add meat $1.00.

Old-Fashioned Cookout  $14.50

Hamburgers, chicken breast and hot dogs served with all the fixings:lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, relish, and Swiss and cheddar cheese.  Alsoserved with potato salad, green salad and watermelon.

Fajita Bar  $16.50

Tender strips of marinated beef and chicken, roasted red andgreen bell peppers, flour tortillas, Spanish rice, black beans,shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese, guacamole, sour creamand salsa. Served with corn chips and pico de gallo.

Chuck Wagon BBQ  $19.00

Barbecue pork ribs and chicken served with corn on the cob, bakedbeans, potato salad and green salad.  Also served with dinner rolls and butter.

Beef Baron and Chicken  $22.00

Marinated baron of beef sliced thin and chicken breast served in our special demi-glaze sauce.  Accompanied by baby red potatoes, seasonal vegetables, green salad, and rice pilaf.

Prime Rib and Salmon  $26.00

Prime rib and salmon served with baby red potatoes, steamed seasonal vegetables, green salad and rice pilaf.  Also served with dinner rolls and butter.

Items will be available for a one-hour period.  Prices are per person.  For all day service, add $2.00 per selection.  Add $0.50 for canned soda per selection.
